Our Quality Policy

Therefore, the principles that guide its Quality Management system and its strategic orientation are based on the following assumptions:
– Develop and permanently train workers by providing them with favorable conditions for the individual and team work environment, professional, personal growth and quality of life;
– Maintain a good relationship with your suppliers, considering them business partners;
– Consider the context in which the organization is inserted, aligning its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System with its strategic orientation;
– Ensure compliance with requirements of patients, legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements;
– Make Sunshine hospitals accessible to everyone, continuing to treat their patients with comfort, pride, and passion for a healthy life;
– Continuously improve its Quality Management System and consequently the quality of services / products, ensuring patient loyalty.
